1. Company Incorporation (Basic)

This package covers the legal formation and registration of your Japanese company.

Scope

  • GK or KK incorporation and registration

  • preparation and filing of incorporation documents

  • coordination with the Legal Affairs Bureau

  • company seal (inkan) coordination

  • basic incorporation timeline and checklist

Fee

from JPY 200,000

(typical range: JPY 200,000 – 400,000
external fees, notary fees, registration taxes not included)

This package establishes your legal entity only.
It does not include post-incorporation operational support.

2. Incorporation + Operational Setup Support

This package supports clients in becoming operational in Japan after incorporation, focusing on practical setup and coordination.

Includes all services from Package 1. Additional setup support may include:

  • virtual office or office location coordination (registration-ready address)

  • bank account opening preperation and coordination:

    • shortlisting 3–5 suitable Japanese banks

    • explanation of requirements and practical differences

    • support with application forms and documentation

    • preparation for submission (one primary bank)

  • sequencing guidance: incorporation → bank → next steps

  • no guarantee of bank approval

  • no regulatory or licensing advice

3. Incorporation + Setup + Regulatory Bridge

This package is intended for businesses entering regulated industries in Japan that require early regulatory orientation. This is typically relevant for industries such as financial services, fintech, healthcare, or other licensed sectors.

Includes all services from Package 2. Additional regulatory bridge support may include:

  • introduction to and coordination with a licensed Japanese Gyōseishoshi
    specialized in the relevant industry

  • initial regulatory orientation session (provided by the specialist), covering:

    • licensing overview

    • regulatory feasibility confirmation

    • competent authority mapping

  • coordination of document handover and communication setup

Important notes

  • regulatory advice is provided by the licensed specialist

  • specialist fees are not included

  • N&E Consulting acts as coordinator and interface only
