2. How does the first consultation work?
- We provide services throughout Japan as well as for clients based overseas, mainly in Germany and other parts of Europe.
Consultations and document preparation can be handled online, although certain official documents — such as registration filings to the Legal Affairs Bureau — require postal submission.
3. When are fees charged?
- → After the first consultation, we will provide an official quotation.
Once you approve it, we will begin the service.
For consultation only, a fixed advisory fee may apply.
4. What areas do you cover?
- We provide services throughout Japan as well as for clients based overseas. Consultations and document preparation can be handled online; however, certain original documents, such as powers of attorney or signature certificate required for registration must be sent by post.
5. Is it okay if I am not fluent in Japanese?
- Yes. We provide full support in English or German.
All documents and explanations are clearly provided in multiple languages.
