Founded by Erika Sommerfeld, licensed Shihoshoshi (司法書士), and Norwin Sommerfeld, MBA in International Management, Judicial Scrivener Office N&E and N&E Consulting unites certified Japanese legal authority with international business strategy.

Erika Sommerfeld is a Judicial Scrivener (Shihōshoshi) and the head of the Judicial Scrivener Office N&E in Japan.
With extensive experience in property registration, corporate procedures, and legal documentation, she provides the legal foundation for N&E Consulting.
In addition, she has resided in the UK and Germany for a total of seven years, bringing an international perspective to her work.
Her practice is characterized by accuracy, transparency, and client-focused support, delivering reliable services fully compliant with Japanese law.
