This package covers the legal registration of property ownership in Japan following an already agreed transaction.

2. Property Transfer & Cross-Border Support
This package is designed for foreign residents and non-resident owners who require additional coordination due to cross-border elements.
Includes Package 1, plus:
coordination for non-resident owners
explanation of registration documents and procedures
document preparation support for overseas clients

3. Property Portfolio & Ongoing Registration Support
This package is intended for clients managing multiple properties or long-term ownership structures in Japan.
Includes Package 2, plus:
multiple ownership registrations or updates
name, address, or entity changes
coordination of ongoing registration matters
- ongoing support for registration-specific powers of attorney across multiple properties or changes
structured documentation management
interface with company and expat support packages (where registration-related)
